Something is not right had this app the original free one for 6 years so thought I might go ahead buy and try the EX same app but has more features and looks more professional love putting different pictures in transparent into the calendar. Sadly to say I took your stars down because I notice a defect in this new EX app that I did not have in the regular free version. The defect is when you select a picture and put it in the calendar it does not stay it disappears in about 1 to 2 days every time so that is a flaw and if you have a flaw as much as I like this app I I can not give you 4 stars and definitely not 5 stars fix the problem and with a update and I'll give you back your 5 stars
Schedule markers appear on the wrong day. Cannot apply different widget sizes.
Since installing Apex Launcher Pro, I've noticed No frills Calendar EX is using 20% or more battery. I have a Galaxy S4 with stock T-Mobile 4.4.2 ROM. I'm not sure if the battery drain is due to Apex or the latest version of No frills. I've used No frills for ages with ADW Launcher, with no issues. Thank you for your excellent product and looking into this.

I really enjoyed the app/ Widget. It was a great launcher for my calendar and had a nice layout for the quick reference I was looking for. After a couple weeks I did notice that my battery was being drained. Upon investigation, my phones power management setting showed that the calendar was had used 71 percent of my battery. Before deleting, my phone estimated about 9 hours of remaining batter. After deleting, it showed 17 hours remaining. I had the widget on my homescreen lock, and two on of my main screens. All in all a great app and very well done. I will surely be downloading it again in a few months and retest the battery life!
